Christmas Eve

This was the first year that we have stayed home for Christmas! It was great to be able to make new traditions and enjoy each others company, although we did miss seeing our families!

We started our evening of celebration by heading out to Church. Noel LOVED her Christmas dress! She was so excited to wear it and did not want to take it off all evening!

Mom with her growing belly!

Our attempt at a family pic!

Workin' the camera!

Dad with his little girl!

After Church we came home and got ready for our Christmas Eve feast! We had shrimp, fries, and hush puppies!

We ate SOOOOOO much!

Full tummies all around!

But we still had to make room for cookies! Santa needed some fresh chocolate chip cookies to eat when he came to visit us that night!

Daddy and his little chef!

She was very excited to eat them!

Leka was excited, too!

Cookies are ready to go in!

While we waited for our cookies to bake, we went back into the living room to play.

It took Noel FOREVER to notice that while we were at Church, Santa snuck a few presents under the tree for her!

These are for me????

She got special Christmas PJs! They had Anna and Elsa on them!

She also got a special book from Santa!

With her PJs in hand, it was now time to head to bed! Santa can't come unless all children go to sleep!

And boy did Santa come!

He even filled our stockings!

And we are pretty sure he enjoyed our cookies and milk. His reindeer seemed to like our carrots we left for them as well!

The final look at the living room before Christmas day!
