Noel received a BEAUTIFUL Elsa outfit from her Great-Aunt Sue. She quickly became a huge fan of the outfit and wanted to wear it all the time. We knew that if we were going to have any success with a Christmas card picture, we had to let her wear her favorite new outfit!
