Anyways, Michaela became Kahla when Noel learned to talk. So, Kahla is 2 years old and GROSS! She stinks, her stuffing is almost gone, she is about to tear open. So . . . we went on the quest to find a new Kahla, which led us to ebay and spending MUCH more than we wanted to. But, it was worth it.
We decided to tell Noel that Kahla needed a bath. So we hid the new Kahla in the washing machine, brought Noel down to the basement and had her put the old Kahla in . . . we expected a possible rejection of the new Kahla! But, thankfully Noel LOVED the clean Kahla and has no idea it's a new one. Here is the video to enjoy!
Did you order, like 3 of them, so you can do this again later if need be? I have heard of people who do this with blankets... get several of the same one, and just keep rotating them through. If I were smart, I would do that too. The problem being, you can never quite tell just what they are going to get attached to. Good job on the switcheroo!
